Keep results, not documents

Breaches at other apps exposed ID images. The simplest defense is not to have them. The vendor keeps what the law requires it to keep; Peoplarium keeps the result.

Badge wording

The badge says "Verified Real · ID checked", with an explainer. It never says "photo verified" or anything that looks like a government mark.

What it talks to

  • API on Cloudflare Workers: One API for the whole product. It checks who the member is and what they may see, then calls the right module.
  • Identity verification: Checks liveness, ID and a face match once per member and returns a result.

Designed for

  • No ID images stored by Peoplarium
  • Deleted on account closure
  • Never used for ranking or ads
