Who it is for

Who comes to us for this

Engineering managers and CTOs who need senior people now: a backend that has to scale, a data layer nobody wants to touch, a platform move, an AI feature, or a team that lost two seniors in one quarter.

We are senior engineers trained the long way: infrastructure, low-level code, backends and data operations. The people we put in your team work the same way.

What you get

  • Senior engineers, with their level on every invoice
  • Your tools: Jira, Linear, Slack, GitHub, GitLab
  • Your process, your repositories, your code review
  • A Vancouver lead who answers for the work
  • A replacement if someone is not a fit
  • Scale up or down with notice, no lock-in

How it runs

Step by step

  1. You send the stack, the work and the start date
  2. Within 5 business days: the people we propose, with level, rate and start date in writing
  3. A working session with your lead before anyone starts
  4. Weekly check-ins with our lead; every invoice lists hours by person, level and task
  5. Not a fit? We replace the person, and say why

What it costs

The price

Engineers from $150 an hour; senior engineers are quoted higher. The exact rate depends on the level and the work, and is agreed per person, in writing, before work starts.

Large programs, dozens of people across several teams, run together with our sister company, Intersog.

Questions

Are these freelancers?

No. You contract DIGI117. We assign the engineers, manage them, review their work and answer for it. One company, one contract, one invoice.

How senior is senior?

People who can work below the framework: infrastructure, low-level code, backends and data. Before anyone joins a client, a senior DIGI117 engineer reviews their work on real code.

How fast can someone start?

We propose people within 5 business days. Start dates come with the proposal, in writing.

Which hours do they work?

At least four hours a day overlap with your team, US Eastern included. Standups and reviews sit inside that window. For the UK, Europe or Australia, the overlap hours are agreed per project, in writing.

Do your engineers use AI agents?

Yes, the same agent tooling we use on our own products, with a person reviewing every change. You decide what runs in your repositories.

Can our security team review you first?

Yes. See the Trust page. Insurance certificates through Intersog, a sample MSA and security questionnaire answers on request.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repositories from the first commit.

Tell us the stack, the work and the start date.

A few lines are enough. We reply within one business day, and propose people within five.
