AI inside the work you already do, measured in dollars per task.
Most AI projects stall between the demo and the second month’s bill. We start from a process or a product that already exists, measure what each task costs today, and replace the steps where AI is cheaper and good enough. A person stays in charge of what ships.
- Cost per taskmeasured before and after
- $5,900a one-week AI map, counts toward the pilot
- From $15,000a pilot on one task, AI spend at cost
- Human reviewon every output that matters
Who it is for
Who comes to us for this
Owner-operated companies and product teams with manual work that repeats: support, documents, sales back office, reporting, data entry. And products that need AI features users will actually pay for.
What you get
- A map of the process, with time and cost per task
- A pilot on one task, measured on real data
- Agents and AI features in your stack, on your accounts
- Guards: review steps, logs, and an off switch
- A monthly number: cost per task, before and after
How it runs
Step by step
- Map: one process, every step, timed
- Pick: the steps where AI is cheaper and good enough
- Pilot: one step, real data, two to four weeks of numbers
- Roll out: step by step, with review where mistakes are expensive
- Run: by your team, or by us
What it costs
The price
Not ready for a pilot? Start with the AI map: one week, $5,900 fixed. We read your process, measure the cost per task today, and hand you a ranked list of where AI pays and where it does not. The fee counts toward a pilot that starts within 60 days.
A pilot on one task starts from $15,000. The rollout is quoted after the map. Model and tool costs are billed at cost on their own invoice line, up to a cap you agree before work starts. Data stays in your accounts, with vendors whose terms exclude training on it, unless your contract says otherwise. Prices in US dollars; quotes in Canadian dollars on request.
In daily use
An AI assistant for a leadership team: inbox triage, drafts, briefs and follow-ups, with a person on everything that leaves.
Read the buildQuestions
Will AI replace our team?
It replaces steps, not judgment. The people who knew the process become the people who check it.
Which model do you use?
The cheapest one that passes the test set for the task. That changes every few months, so the code does not care which one it is.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your accounts. Model calls go only to the vendors named in the proposal, on terms that exclude training on your data, in the region you choose where the vendor offers one. When data cannot leave, the model runs in your cloud or on your site. The Trust page has the rest: access, secrets, documents.
Tell us what you are working on.
A few sentences are enough. If there is code, we ask for read access after the NDA. We reply with what we would do first and what it costs.
