Services · MVPs

A first version people can sign up for, not a demo that works on one laptop.

We build MVPs for founders and product teams who need real users this quarter. Scope is fixed in writing before the build. You see a demo every week. Agents write code and tests; senior engineers decide what ships.

  • $4,500a 3-day scope sprint, counts toward the build
  • $45k-$90kwhere most MVPs land, fixed quote
  • 8-12 weekstypical, kickoff to launch
  • Fixed scopein writing before the build
  • Weekly demo10-minute standups in between

Who it is for

Who comes to us for this

Funded founders, owner-operators and product teams with an idea that has to meet users soon. You know who the users are. What to leave out is part of our job.

What you get

  • A written scope, with what we would cut and why
  • Accounts, the core flow, payments if needed, and analytics. An admin panel only if operations need one on day one
  • QA on real devices, error tracking, deployment
  • A decision log with the reason for every cut
  • The code in your repository, from the first commit

How it runs

Step by step

  1. Scope sprint: three days, $4,500. A written scope, what we would cut, and a fixed quote
  2. Weeks 1-2: design and a clickable prototype of the core flow
  3. From week 3: weekly sprints, a demo every week
  4. Last two weeks: QA and polish on real phones and real data
  5. Launch, then measure what users actually do

What it costs

The price

Start with a scope sprint: three days, $4,500 fixed. You get the written scope, what we would cut and why, the fixed price and the timeline. Take it to us or to anyone else. The fee counts toward the build if it starts within 60 days.

Most MVPs land between $45,000 and $90,000, quoted as a fixed price for a fixed scope after scoping. Changes that add work are priced before they are built. AI spend is billed at cost, up to a cap you agree, on its own invoice line. Prices in US dollars; quotes in Canadian dollars on request.

Questions

Can you build it in two weeks?

Some parts, yes. A product people pay for, usually not. We will tell you which parts can ship first.

Who owns the code?

You do, in full, on final payment. It sits in your repository from the first commit.

Do agents write the code?

Yes. Agents write code and tests; an engineer specifies the work and reviews every change. On Peoplarium that took the estimate from about 1,120 hours to about 420.

Tell us what you are working on.

A few sentences are enough. If there is code, we ask for read access after the NDA. We reply with what we would do first and what it costs.
