Bought, not staffed
The law needs humans for a few duties. Each one can be bought per item from a vendor, so the platform never manages a moderation team.
What it talks to
- Media pipeline: Takes every uploaded photo through quarantine, a child-abuse hash check and an AI image check before it can be seen, then resizes and publishes it.
- Moderation pipeline: Classifies messages, photos, voice and reports, applies written rules through an action ladder, sends reasons and routes appeals.
Designed for
- A human views a hash match before it is reported
- Reviewers decide appeals; AI does not review its own decisions
Where it appears in a request
- A photo upload: Only for hash matches and uncertain cases: an on-demand vendor reviewer views it. Confirmed child-abuse material is reported to the authorities.
- A report against a member: If they appeal, an on-demand vendor reviewer decides. The platform keeps no moderation staff.
