Junior IT Recruiter

Digi117 is looking for a bright, ambitious and self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to join our recruiting team. Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening & interviewing candidates, reference checking and job offer processing)
  • Pro-actively identify and source candidates through internal and external channels (continuously review resumes, networking, reaching out to passive candidates)
  • Create a pool of highly qualified talent
  • Manage and organize our database of candidates
  • Market research

Requirements:

  • Previous agency or corporate recruiting experience
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Computer literacy with word processing and database programs
  • Excellent time management skills with strong ability to prioritize, schedule and complete assignments
  • Attention to detail, resourceful, proactive, superior organization and follow up skills
  • High-energy personality, excellent interpersonal qualities, including problem solving,
  • influencing, negotiating, and strong partnership skills
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with candidates at all levels of the organization (including senior management)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Familiar with the Information Technology Industry
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Location: North Vancouver (moving to prestigious downtown Vancouver location soon)
