The problem
An executive's day goes to the inbox: contracts, intros, invoices, renewals and the occasional fire. Most of it needs a decision, not typing. The typing still took hours.
What we built
- Triage. Mail is sorted by what needs a reply, what needs a meeting and what is just for the record.
- Drafts. Replies are drafted from the thread and past mail, and wait for the executive.
- Briefs. Before each meeting: who the person is, the last touch, what is open, and what to ask for.
- Follow-ups. Promises made in mail and meetings become dated reminders, so nothing waits on memory.
How it is built
- The assistant reads only what it is given: forwarded mail and the calendar. It has no standing access to the whole mailbox.
- A person approves everything that leaves. The assistant drafts and proposes; it never sends on its own.
Where it stands
In daily use by the company's leadership.
