Client Projects and Engagements
Information on the Services about our offerings, engagement models, timelines, and pricing is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Any project we undertake is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict, that signed agreement controls over these Terms for the work it covers.
As a general principle in our engagements, and subject to the terms of the applicable signed agreement: we sign NDAs before scoping conversations, and ownership of the work product we deliver transfers to the client upon the final payment.
Submissions and Communications
When you contact us through our forms, email, or other channels, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit anything unlawful, infringing, or confidential to a third party. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the website before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. We may use the information you submit to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our sister company, that are not owned or controlled by Digi117.
