Services · Rescues
Your app works in the demo and breaks in production.
Apps built fast with AI tools like Lovable, Bolt, Replit and Cursor, or by a team that has since left, break in the same places: security gaps, data that does not add up, errors nobody logs, and code nobody can change safely. A rescue tells you what to keep and fixes the rest at a fixed price.
- $4,500five-day audit, credited to the fix
- $9,500stabilize: deploys, keys, backups, alerts
- From $20,000fixed-price fix after the audit
- 2 business daysa stop-gap for a bug that costs money or data
Who it is for
Who comes to us for this
Founders and teams with an app that now has real users, real data or a paying customer, and problems nobody on the team can explain. Also projects another vendor started and did not finish.
What you get
- An audit report: security gaps, data model, error handling, tests, hosting
- A ranked list: what to keep, what to fix, what to rewrite
- A fixed quote for the fix
- The fix: tests, auth and data security, error tracking, a deploy pipeline, performance
How it runs
Step by step
- Day 1: access to the code, the hosting and the data model
- Within 2 business days of access: a stop-gap for any bug that costs money or data right now
- Days 2-4: the audit, with the most dangerous issues reported the day we find them
- Day 5: the report, the ranked list and the fixed quote
- The fix: weekly demos against a written acceptance list
What it costs
The price
Audit $4,500, credited in full to the fix: on a $20,000 fix you pay $20,000 in total. Most fixes start at $20,000, quoted as a fixed price after the audit.
Not ready for a full fix? Stabilize: $9,500 fixed, after the audit, with the audit credited to it. Deploys that work every time, keys out of the code, a backup restored once, an alert to a person when errors spike. It counts toward a full fix that starts within 60 days.
The stop-gap starts within 2 business days of access, inside our hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific, no 24/7 on-call today. Every fix carries a 30-day warranty. Prices in US dollars; quotes in Canadian dollars on request.
How we build with agents
We build with AI agents too, with a person on every change. The Peoplarium architecture shows the guards we put around them.

Something is costing us money right now. Can you stop it first?
Yes. A bug that costs money or data gets a stop-gap within 2 business days of access, before the audit ends. The proper fix follows the audit.
Will you tell me to rewrite everything?
Only if it is cheaper than fixing it. The audit shows the arithmetic for both.
Do I have to stop using the tool?
Not always. Some teams keep building with it once the foundations are safe to build on.
Can you take over from another vendor?
Yes. Same audit, same report. We do not need the previous vendor to agree with it.
Tell us what you are working on.
A few sentences are enough. If there is code, we ask for read access after the NDA. We reply with what we would do first and what it costs.
