Technical Recruiter

Digi117 is looking for a enthusiastic Technical Recruiter with experience in IT to join our HR team. The ideal candidate has solid networking skills, knowledge and good experience of recruiting  different technical & non technical roles. The big focus will be on proactively identifying company’s hiring needs and helping us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a full lifecycle Technical Recruiter
  • Focus on Sourcing for hard to find technical talent
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Provide HR administration service
  • Develop and implements innovative advertising and recruiting strategies
  • Interact with candidates through different channels
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Promote company’s employer brand online and offline
  • Attend events

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
  • Experience in IT industry (preferably service/consulting company)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, independently developing creative candidate generation plans, networking and cold calling
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Education in Human Resources Management or relevant field
